As for discussing file sharing, it is okay as long as you are not requesting specific movies (eg. "Where can I download Spider-man") - talking generally about which file sharing tool to use it okay, although this topic probably belongs in the off-topic forum (which is where I have moved this post to).

As for simiboy's question, have you used Kazza Lite? It is supposed to be spyware free.

My Prefrences.

Kazza, i love it for its simplicity and greatness for things that i need as fast as i can get em (like songs, software) .

I rearly download movies off kazza unless i know the person who has the movie. Ive downloaded some excellent movies off it, like Gone in 60 seconds, The Fast And The Furious, X-Men, and some others. But most of the time the movie is low quality and junk!
Thats why Kazza is good for music, pictures and software because its fast and simple.

Movies i download off DC and MIRC. Although i like MIRC better, DC can be greater than any other program available once you find that perfect hub (which could take several months to find).

MIRC is good because i dont have to line up for anything and its direct and no one else is downloading off that person at the same time as me.

I gotta say EDonkey is a P.O.S! (Peice of Sh*t). I downloaded it, installed it, ran it, and closed it!

Me and my m8's run ftp servers during school time, we all have 1-2mbit connections through high speed ISP's.
