    Well I am not effected as much as everyone else. I have never hit by cap (100 gigs now) And without Kazaa running I have never had under 1.4 mbps. Bellsouth Fast Access DSL I like it a lot better than the other ISP's I have used. I haven't had a down line yet. Yes I have tried Charter Comm. THEY SUCK


    I say we boycott! No probably shouldn't do that then no broadband

          Capping is a disgrace but it is unfair that heavy internet users pay the same as the lighter ones. How about a cost system based on bandwidth use?

          <1gig £5
          <10gig £15
          <100gig £40
          100gig+ £60
