I am afraid I have to close this thread, as it is getting out of hand.
What was a great chance to debate an important issue has now degenerated into insults and comebacks, I fear armed conflict may be next - thank goodness the real world doesn't work like this
The war in Iraq (the easy part) is practically over anyway - the monumental task of reconstruction of Iraq has begun, and let's just hope the US can do it right this time, and not turn Iraq into another Afghnistan.
And personally (ie. not representing the views of Digital Digest or this forum), I find Oldbie36's post offensive and insulting, in particularly to one of our oldest members, Batman. I just hope the people in charge of rebuilding Iraq are just a little bit more understanding than Oldbie36.Comment
