I recieved a phone from Japan. I was testing it for Ya****ka corporation and it allows you to use the phone, even though the base is in your house, up to 15 miles away. unfortunately it had to be sent back after 1 month, but it was great using the house phone 15 miles away.

That would be GREAT for me because I like to go walking and talk on the phone at the same time but I have to bring my cell phone out which where I walk doesn't get great reception (Trees)

I think it is more likely to be a Europena market, than an american one. but i do believe it will be eventually launched in america. It is an extension over the digital phones currently availale.

Geeze...I just got a $285 bill in from Sprint PCS Vision (notebook card). I used it exclusively for a month while reestablishing my landline...and I didn't download a single program...just posted (it's $45/month with 40MB limit.) As soon as I get my RoadRunner installed this morning I'm heading for the Sprint store to look at usage (forgot my ID/Password for this account).
