Ah IC. Not sure why the vibrations, it didn't do that for me. You must be better with it than I am, I just downloaded it, so dunno. But I got a week off school because of "winter break", so I got enough time to play around with the program

Oh I think I know what you did... drag them by hand. Try using the coordinates, like 500,0 or something, that will make it not "wobble" like that.

Hmmm, that is odd. I just calculated that the minimum number of frames in order to keep the avatars the same speed, and not cut stuff off was 1260! How did you get it to 20 frames? No one's other than Corny's seems to be altered (except for speed).

The reason it is so high is due to Corny's avatar. He had a 4 second delay, and the rest were 0.1 seconds. So I made that 60 frames with a 0.1 sec delay, the same length of time but it doesn't cut off the words like yours does. My only concern is that UncasMS's alone was like 2.5 MB with 1260 frames... imagine the final size!

If this helps, here are the number of frames for the moving avatars:
blutach has 7 frames, UncasMS has 5 (the easiest number to work with), TNT has 45 frames, and Corny has 60 frames (or 20 without changing the delay).

The other problem I am faced with is the delay times. blutach has 1.2 seconds, an odd number (not mathematically!). UncasMS has 0.2 seconds, which can be made 0.1 seconds by duplicating frames. Corny and TNT have 0.1 seconds. How to make these the same? That's the real issue, getting the speed the same.

Now another huge issue is getting the pics aligned, which prevents the jerkiness. Obviously for 1280 frames, this is a huge deal. Here is what I am thinking: Pgalamon knows more than me about Ulead GIF Animator, so I will make the avatars all have the same number of frames (most likely 1280), and if possible, make the speed the same. I will then upload them all and pgalamon can do the aligning, and I can do the fine tuning (send me the project file). Does that sound OK?

Are there any easier ways?

maybe taking 15 frames out of Corny's? But then 7 doesn't go into 45, so that is still a big LCM (least common multiple)

Corny, what if I just take some out, like shortening the "Corny or what?" from 4 secs to 3.4 for example?

Oh hey, I got another great idea. I will add some frames to TNT's to make it 60 frames, like yours. That makes it only 420 frames necessary, then I will worry about Derree's later (Ulead GIF Animator is playing the avatar like crazy... 0 second delay, wtf).

That makes it easier to see the "TNT" image at the bottom.

Yeah fixed Derree's, it should be 0.1 second delay, dunno who screwed that up.

No offense Derree, I will see what I can do to make that avatar not have 13 frames.

Fixed it, I just deleted the last frame, making it 12 frames, which goes into the 420 frames.

How does that look Derree? Does anyone notice a difference anyway?

Now the only problem is getting blutach's avatar from 0.12 second delay to 0.1 second delay. UncasMS's was easy, just duplicate each frame once and change from 0.2 to 0.1 sec delay. However it is not as easy for blutach's. I COULD just speed it up, but that would make the roo look hyper
