There, all the pics are done. Each one of them, even the stills, now has 420 frames, and is 100 by something. Feel free to try your luck at it and see what works!

Well, now how do you make the pics be on the SAME FRAMES in Ulead GIF animator? Each pic I put in makes 420 more frames... and I am too lazy to try and copy and paste each frame one by one... that is too hard. How did u do it Paglamon?

That is why I made only 20 frames.Adding the stills is easy.U just add all of then into one frame and then duplicate.But the animated ones have to be selected frame by frame.I am also yet to discover an easier way.

Right, but they add MORE frames... even though I check "use current frames". WTH? I will Google around for another free GIF program.

Wow, looks great, can you upload it to www.yousendit.com and put in drfsupercenter AT yahoo DOT com as the email? I will then host it on my server, so there is no wait time. Stupid RapidShare won't let me save the GIF - just shows it.
Also, here are some things to fix:
For Jeo and UncasMS, before setting the delay to 0.1 sec, duplicate each frame first. That way the avatar doesn't go at lightspeed.
For the ones that were resized, make sure the Keep Aspect Ratio box is checked. This will make them not look messed up. (don't just make them all 100x100, make them 100x whatever makes it the right aspect ratio)
Dunno why, but UncasMS's avatar fades out, is it possible to fix that?

Maybe you could send me the Ulead GIF Animator save data file so that I could fix the bugs myself?

Oh, because you only used a low number of frames... that makes Corny's look bad, but oh well.
