that makes Corny's look bad

I did not use TWEEN in Corny's av.His av has 20 frames out of which 19 r of equal delay(.1 s i think).One frame has a 4 sec delay(where the letters display still).Bcos I had to make 28 frames,I cut this 4s frame into 9 frames of .1s each.So the still display is now for .9s instead of 4s.I don't know why this would make it look BAD.BTW,I did not save the data file.Sorry.

Well, it would have 60 frames if you duplicated that 4sec frame that many times.

What did you do on Derree's av, it had 13 frames, but 24 is 14x2. Did you add a frame?

Just some suggestions for if you wanna try it again (please save the data file this time!):
On UncasMS and Jeo's avatar, use Duplicate Frames for each single frame, and THEN make the delay 0.1 seconds. This will make it the normal speed and not hyperspeed.

And, on all of them, keep the aspect ratio, don't stretch them to 100x100.

I will try using a different program that doesn't make them all individual frames like Ulead does, and see if I can use that.

Yes.Just duplicated the 13th frame.Now he pauses a while at the end of the routine .

I already tried atleast 5 more products.But found Ulead to b the best and with the most number of options.Adobe Imageready is the closest.

I found one called Bannershop GIF Animator that doesn't make new frames for each GIF.

Yes.I did try Bannershop.Did not find it any better than Ulead.Try it urself and see if u hav better luck.
