i recall something about the radar being jammed--literally

RADAR TECH. (in microphone) I'm having trouble
      with the radar, sir.

SANDURZ You don't need that, Private, we're right
here. (hangs up microphone) Now, what is it?

RADAR TECH. (in microphone voice) I'm having trouble
      with radar, sir.

HELMET (rips out the microphone-mask up) Now,
      what is it?

RADAR TECH. I'm having trouble with the radar,
      sir.

      HELMET What's wrong with it?

RADAR TECH. I've lost the bleeps, I've the lost
the sweeps, and I've lost the creeps.

      HELMET The what?

      SANDURZ The what?

      HELMET And the what?

RADAR TECH. You know. The bleeps, (makes bleeps
sounds) the sweeps, (makes sweeps sounds) and the creeps. (makes creeps
      sounds)

HELMET (to Sandurz) That's not he's lost.

RADAR TECH. Sir. The radar, sir. It appears to
      be....

Jam starts dripping down the screen.

      RADAR TECH. ....jammed.

Off the movie thing, but my most hated TV sitcom was one from the 70-80s with Valerie Bertinelli. Can't remember the name of the show, but the apartment's handyman was that creepy guy, Schneider.

Noooo !! I thought he was funny in an idiotic way!

No matter, I was mainly watching because I was in love with Valerie Bertinelli.

Wasn't that Schnieder guy also in a comic duo called Avery and something or an other?

I just googled about it and its actually 'Burns and Schreiber', I think that the Burns guy was who looked like that Schnieder character.

I thought you were saying that Triston and Isolde was a POS. I misunderstood, I seen the quote about Triston and Isolde and thought thats what you were talking about. My bad, I never saw either and the movie my daughter just got was T&I.

Ok then, maybe I 'wiil' give T&I a shot.
