Why my bad reputation?

I thought the green points represented how newbie you was...

Um... I just ask them, and just say, something like "since I helped you and all, would you mind thanking me by give me some reputation" type of thing. One person did, and thanked me profusely. Don't take this in a negative thing, as I am not forcing them or anything, just merely "informing" them of the reputation.

heh, I am still young. I am only in high school (a freshman this year). Fortunately I have enough computer knowledge to make it through school in the computer era, while many people don't and struggle in computer classes.

Anyway, I am sorry I ever said that about the newbies... please don't think of me as a "bad" person... anyway, what do you mean by newbies can only give greens... I helped someone who posted only like 5-6 times and they gave me a green... and I am just curious why when I get one green and one red, my rep goes down... are reds more powerful?

the amount your rep gains or loses varies with the power of the person
who is giving ot taking away.
when it goes down 10-20 points somebody strong with the "FORCE" u have po'd.

maybe need some more words here like:
be simple,friendly and helpful,don't need to call for positives reputations points, they will came when you deserve and is recognized.
