I have been trying since Friday to get wireless networking sort out between three computers.
I have wireless Internet working wonderfully. I have a Belkin ADSL router on my main computer (Win XP with SP2) and a Belkin USB wireles adapter on a another computer (Win ME). I also have a new laptop with built in wireless (Win XP weith SP2).
I would like if possible be able to stream wirelessly from the main computer to the laptop such as DVD's and MP3's. However, they don't see each other.
I have gone through the network wizard countless times trying different ways.
At the moment the Laptop has both it and the main computer in "My Network Places" under workgroup computers. If If I click on the main computer I get a "don't have permission" error. There is nothing in "My Network Places" on the main computer.
Both have firewalls that have been configured for their own hardware and the Win XP firewall has been disabled.
Any ideas?
