I went to see Pink Floyd back in June of '94 in Kansas City, MO. It was a great concert at the Arrowhead Stadium. The special effects were awesome the music great, and the whole "party" was sooo much fun. It was really hot and alot of people were passing out some of it do to other reasons !!! I will never forget that concert, it stands out as one of the best I ever attended. The people were so fun to watch. I think we sat in the parking lot for a couple hours partying and people watching after the concert. Boy did we see some things!!!!
Saw Nugent a couple of different times, once when he was with Damn Yankees. He owns land to hunt on not far from here. Some of the best hunting in the country so they say. Never met him but they say he's a great guy.
Went to the first Farm Aid concert in 1985 and what a day! It rained and we got soaked and loaded!!! I got to see some of my all time favorites, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan,Van Halen, John Cougar Mellencamp, Sammy Hagar, Neil Young, Bon Jovi, and B.B. King (who broke a string on Lucille and never missed a beat while he restrung it!)
Seen alot of concerts (some I remember better then others) but there's a couple I would have love to seen before they left us like Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Led Zep.
I like alot of genres of music mostly rock, metal, blues, love Santana, Metallica, Three Doors Down, Nickelback, not big on hip-hop. pop, or rap, I can listen to some country but it has to be the newer counry rock.Comment

I seen Three Doors Down, Nickelback and Thornley a couple summers ago it was an outside concert our local Harley Bike shop Roosters hosted it for the 4th of July they put on one hell of a show. I have to say the best concert I seen was the Kiss Hot in the shade tourComment

I bet that was a hell of a concert, Three Doors Down, and Nickelback, not familiar with Thornley. Do they play similar stuff? I saw Kiss when I was a kid in Spfld, IL at the armory. Probably shouldn't have even been there, I'm sure my parents didn't know I was there. LOL It was probably one of my first concerts. Also saw Nugent there and believe it or not Peter Frampton! Frampton was funny, the local head shop was passing out styrofoam balls with their advertising in the line and people started throwing them around and one hit Frampton's guitar and he got all pissy and threatened to leave. Also saw Areosmith in Spfld. and Steven Tyler was so loaded he fell off the stage, concert over, no refund, gave us album (yes real vinyl no Cd's back then) instead.Comment

@smkymntgrl
I met Nugent some time ago I posted a picture of him his wife and kid and I posted his autograph it's in the middle of this thread Picture Link I also seen him in concert twice once with the Damn Yankees and once by himself.As for Thornley they kind of have the style of Three Doors Down and Nickelback basically just a one hit wonder band IMO
@Chewy
Your lucky I would have done anything to see Jimmy Buffet and Led ZeppelinComment
