Yeah but since scalping is illegal they have to say that...just like there are people who sell copied PS2 games but they put a disclamier that they are for back up purposes only and you must own the game to buy it...and I am pretty sure that they don't make you verify that you do own the game...just gotta cover your butt I guesssigpic
