Your Favourite PC/Video Game?

Mine are all on PC-- i can't stand the PS2's lego graphics

GTA [III, Vice City and San Andreas)-- so much to do, total freedom

Final Fantasy 7 & 8-- love the 75-100+ hour gameplay

Half-Life 2-- good length, decent story, if not confusing, and its graphics are so damn lifelike.

Deus Ex-- pioneer, nothing quite like it (even its sequel didn't come close)

I was really disappointed with Half Life 2. I even got it free after a year wait. It was included with my ATI 9600 SE video card way back when. I like Call Of Duty. I never played it online, only the single player game.

call me old fashioned, or just call me old, but i like the old games with a simple 1/2 button controls. eg. raptor & xevious ... ok ok, call me very old

The last time I played any, my favourites were Cobra Triangle & Captain Skyhawk for Nintendo. (That's right Nintendo).

i remember cobra triangle! What a game. Favourites are GTA San Andreas, with the Road Warrior Mod which changes the cars and bikes to Mad Max ones, Command and Conquer Generals and Sniper Elite.

My all time favorite has to be Galaga. I bought a game boy just so I could play it. I love the Dark Alliance series on the PS2. Burnout 3 is a riot. As far as PC games go, does anyone remember The Ancinet Art of War?

I really love the Splinter Cell series it is just so much fun...Have any of you played God Of War? It is the best game I have played I think..I also really enjoyed Final Fantasy X but not a big fan of Final Fantasy X11. Right now I am playing (in no particulaer order)Smackdown vs. Raw 2006, Resident Evil 4, GTA San Andreas, X-Men 2 Rise of Apocolyse, Shadow of The Colousus and Splinter Cell Omega Strain....I like to have some varitey while I play so I switch them up a bit now and then...

Have any of you played God Of War?

I've heard it's good but I can't find it anywhere. Is it a RPG?

I haven't played many games as I am getting too old for them.

My favs were Pogo Joe (had very irritating music but i couldn't stop playing it) and Crackout on the C64. Crakout was like a horizontal version of Breakout/Arcanoid. I played it for 4 days without losing a ball.

God of War is THE game. I was totally blown away by Kratos. That entire game, from graphics to story to controls, replayability. It was amazing. I so so so hope they make a decent sequel.

Others notable mentions...

Call of Duty 2 for the X360- Best FPS I have played ( including mouse and keyboard controlled )

Earthworm Jim ( old school Snes ) Super creative and really fun to play.

And probably a tie between Final FantasyVII and Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

oh and Metal Gear Solid/Splinter Cell.... and R-Type ( Sega Master System Shooter ).....

Oh and for sheer enjoyment of destroying just about everything and causing the most carnage....BURNOUT 3 ooooooh Crash Breaker
