here's going to be a fun discussion I'm betting, What is the most protected DVD on the planet? what protection is it? and was it beaten (Clean od protection)?

My first guess is "Fun with dick and jane - Zone 1"
it was beaten by pcgedit and plugin 2.14

sounds like the newest ones are a little harder!

AS far as i can tell, no dvd is that well protected. Seems like either the pgcedit wizard or dvdfab decrypter, both free, defeat newer protection.

There are other apps that you have to pay for, like anydvd, that also work.

i would say any of the sony arcoss protected disks and the disney films they are the most difficult to backup or anyones personel bedtime movie would you want yourself on show

the most protected movie would be something with ripguard, poorly authored and badly pressed, even standalone players will have problems with it.

Re-ask the question in 6 months, and the answer will be ANY MOVIE that is involved with Blu-ray and HD disks. They will be the hardest to de-incryption and make a back-up copy.

And, will cost the most to find the method.

Well, I know its been broken for a while, but I had a heck of a time with Memoirs of a Geisha. And I know lots of others did too. Had to have both pcs on so I toggle back and forth between the forum and the pc doing the burning!
