I used to manage a bar and the owner can up with this idea of the birthday wheel. It was a wheel that you could spin when it was your birthday, you won what ever ever the wheel landed on top prize was 100$ cash.
To get a chance to spn this wheel everyone that came into the bar was given a slip to sign up. Of course the birthday was on of the things on that slip. After 2 months of collecting these slips , the owner was separating them by month.
June and July had more birthdays then the rest of the year combinded!
I was shocked to see how many people in that area where I used to live and work had a birthday on 25th of june. I had to work on that day back then but there were a lot of customers comming in and parting up so it wasnt much like work.
I know 7 people personally that were born on the 25th of June and my best friend is on the 26th of June same year.
My mother once had a theory on why soo many babies born in June and July, she always said summer every one is out having fun and when fall comes and it begins to get COLD people do what they can to keep warm. LOL More snugling up! If ya know what I mean. So when June and July roll around babies come. lOL
I seems to make sense it was COLD in October 1994 and then in July of 1995 my son was born.Comment

In fact, it will be Sunday the 3rd (as it is Sunday the 3rd all over the world - we are not that far ahead, you know).
And it's way too early for brekky in bed. It's only 5pm Saturday here.
But, from one Aussie dad, thanks heaps to all the folks on this fabulous forum.
