At least you guys don't have to deal with all the pretentious @##holes holing up in Connecticut. I am not worrying aabout offending the good residents of my home state because they know who I'm talking about.

Dirty Jobs is a great show. The host is a funny guy and does things I definately wouldn't do!
As for regular TV, Mythbusters is good too, those two can give me a good laugh. House, Monk, Medium, Miami Ink, Weeds, King of the Hill are some of the shows I try to watch when they're on and I'm home.
Income is also directly related with the area you live in. Some area's wages are higher but then so is the cost of living. I know lot's of people that are making $30,000 and are "making it", not living the life of luxury or anything but making it. I don't think you could raise a family or anything on it tho!

I saw a show where a biologists was collecting sperm samples from monkeys once. I guess you can making a lot "spanking monkeys". Argh argh arghComment
