I came home from work one day, and she had that on. It was a dress she found at goodwill while shopping with my mom, aunt, and her mom. They dared her that she wouldn't buy it and wear it for me.
She proved them wrong!
Needless to say I was shocked!
I thought she was Ellie Mae Clampett off the Beverly Hills Billies.

I think though If I remember right didnt Ellie mae always wear real skimpy shor sorts and some kink of have shirt? LOL
I think granny used to wear gowns like that though.
