Multiple Mpeg-2 files encoding

Is there a software that can handle a lot of single Mpeg-2 files for batch encoding to DivX whith auto-renaming "orginal filename".avi?
(Just like the CCE 2.50 does whith DVavi to Mpeg-2 encoding.)
I like the way VirtualDub works whith joblist, but unfortally no Mpeg-2 support...
The new Flask 0.6 wont do the trick.
