huffyuv to divx

It's too weird, converting huffyuv videos to divx 4.12 or 5.02 at 2000kbps the quality is awful, I don't know why but that not happens when the conversion is to mpeg-4 vk2 or ligos mpeg or converting dvd's directly to divx. I have understood that huffyuv is a lossless codec and I checked it converting a couple of dvds to this format and introduce them in Ulead media studio without problems or lost of quality. But at time to compress appears the divx problem. the problem is only for huffyuv to divx. Maybe I'm ignoring something in huffyuv or divx configuration.

I know a powerful, high efficient and is easy to use tool to convert a DVD movie to a Divx file, that is "Dvd to Divx" ,only takes up 1/10 original DVD space . You can download the trial version free from www.dvd_to_divx.com
You can use Divx Pro 5.0.2 as codec which you can download free at http://www.divx.com , also download Divx Player at http://www.divx.com to play back Divx movies or PowerDVD downloading at internet .
