Hi there,
I am using TMPGenc to convert AVI files to MPG. I use all default settings found in the Video CD (NTSC).mcf file. I have used this plenty of times before without problems and burned quite good VCD's using NERO.
Yesterday I encountered a problem that I haven't seen before...any help greatly appreciated. (I am quite a novice user of TMPGenc and encoding/decoding)
TMPGenc stopped encoding to MPG yesterday at 28% encoding, because my hard drive was full. I started the job with almost 2.5GB free space. Normally my converted MPG files are 1.5GB in file size.
At 28% done, my MPG file had reached a file size of 2.4GB.
Why is the file size becoming so big ?
The AVI file I am trying to convert I downloaded off a friend. In the filename he has named the file "(streamload)" Does this have something to do with it ?
Anyone with any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
