    Color Bleeding Issue

I've got some issues with color bleeding is one spot in one of my rips, oddly enough it only shows up in some players and not others. Winamp 3, WMP 6.4 and 8 both bleed the colors while Real Player 8 and Irfan View do not. I encoded the video into Divx 4 using FlasKMPEG and a rip from a high quality DVD (the DVD doesn't have the bleeding BTW) and everything else in the video looks great.

The area in question is a bright red logo on a black background and the areas aruond the logo bleed, even more so in areas where black is sournded by red on all sides.

Now my questions are: Is this fixable on my end or is it just an issue with the way most players work? Should I release this video with the color bleeding if its a player issue? Or could this just be a problem with my computer alone?

It seems to be an issue on my end and it comes and goes, even my DVD software shows it sometimes (Might even be my screen thats the problem, didn;t bother to look very far). But since it seems to be on my end only and its not really that big of an issue for me I don't really care that much, I just didn't want to release a clip that was substandard.
