OGM and Subtitles: a new problem

How do I deal with *.sub or *.idx files when working with OGMs?

In other words, how can I get the subtitles into the OGM files if they are in a *.sub or *.idx format?

(In previous posts, I've read that most ppl use *.srt when extracting onto OGMs)
