Gordian Knot, avi not created, no file to play!

Um, i ran through this tutorial http://www.divx-digest.com/articles/...rdianknot.html for Gordian Knot, using DivX 5.0.5, and no output file is created. What have i not done?
My folder for all the files is E:/DVDs... and in side are the following:

    DVD2AVI (config settings) 1KB
MADE (name of movie) Video file, 3.2MB
    MADE (AviSynth Script) 2KB
    MADE (Text) 6.2MB
    Made AC3 T01 3_2ch 448Kbps DELAY -66ms (Text) 1.73 KB
    Made AC3 T01 3_2ch 448Kbps DELAY -66ms (mp3) 87.5MB
    Made AC3 T01 3_2ch 448Kbps DELAY -66ms (AC3 file) 303MB
    Made AC3 T02 2_0ch 192Kbps DELAY -66ms.ac3 (AC3 file) 130MB
    Made AC3 T03 2_0ch 192Kbps DELAY -66ms.ac3 (AC3 file) 130MB
    Made.01 (video file) 6.8MB
    Made.d2v (d2v file) 388KB
    Made_firstpass.settings (settings file) 2KB
    Made_GKnot (text file) 4.15KB
    Made_secondpass.settings (settings file) 2KB
    vdenc (text file) 666KB
    VTS_04_1 (VOB file) 1GB
    VTS_04_2 (VOB file) 1GB
    VTS_04_3 (VOB file) 1GB
    VTS_04_4 (VOB file) 758MB

I set the values in the bitrate tab to:

    Calculate Avg. Bitrate
    DivX 5
    1 CD=700 megs
    699 megs
Audio A is at 128 bitrate
    Calculate frame overhead is checked
    1x-vbr-mp3 is checked
    the Avg bitrate is 892kBit/s
    video size is 609 MB

    in the resolution tab:

    Res is NTSC
    Animorphic 16:9
    Smart Crop all is checked
    Output resolution is 165376 Pixels
    w-modul is 32, H-modul is 16, aspect is 1.789, aspect error is -0.1, w-zoom is 78%, h-zoom is 68%

    Info at the bottom is:

    Frames = 136219
    23.976 fps
    Bits/(Pixel*frame) = 0.225 ___% of ___First pass stats
    Load -> 75.4% of 0.298 compressibility test
    video size is blank
And i have a save name of Made

    Under options
    Follow ITU Standard is checked

All my prog paths are there

I have all the settings recommended in the tutorial set when i click on save&encode... i set all my audio and video divx settings...
You know when you click save&encodet he first time, is brings up the screen with the resizing and trim and such, and then you click save&encode again... why isn't there an option to save it as an avi? is that the problem?
In the second save&encode splash, i've set the directory for the avi file to E:/DVDs, but it never shows up. I've tried 3 times... the encoder does the transcoding for 5 minutes, then the encoding for an hour and 15 minutes...
    but no file!

Thank yous to anyone that can help...
