    Deinterlacing

    I don't know if this has been asked here before.
    What i want to know if there is a way possible to deinterlace an existing divx-file.
    If anyone could give me some instructions on how to do this or point me to a guide or something, i would be most gratefull.

      Load it into VirtualDub and apply the DeInterlace filter...

          the internal vd de-interlacer isnt top notch.

          look for additional filters from donald graft and gunnar thalin for virtualdub/nandub.

          they are called TELECIDE and DEINTERLACE AREA BASED and should be here
