poor audio in mpeg-file

Hi! I just downloaded "Stuck on you" on kazaa. The video is perfect, except, the audio is quite poor. When the actors are talking, it's as if the volume of my speakers is turned to the highest peak. It's a simple mpeg-file.

Can anybody help me please? Thank you!
