Extracting multible streams from avi ???

Hi i got this weird lion king 3 movie which has got Danish and English sound playing in it. I was wondering how the heck i can recreate the avi with only danish? i cant seem to find the solution in virtual dub. I wanna delete the english sound actually but i guess i have to process extract the danish one and then only muz that with the video. i just dont know how

load the avi into virtualdubMOD
set video to direct streams
go to streams => stream list and DISABLE the english stream
go to file => save as

Nice mod of virtual dub thx for that hint, its pretty easy to use its just that now my freakin sound and video wont sync How do i fix such an annoying problem ? interleaving is set at default
