Multi Language Splitter

I have Divx File with 3 subtitle in 3 language and 2 language audio ,and i just need english subtitle... yes i can see the subtitle with vobsub and media player.

but i want to edit that subtitle,and joint it.but i just need english subtitle only

anyone know how to split it
for info this sub have 2 file one .idx and .sub

I try SubConvert_09b1,SubMakerv1-113,SubRip_1.17.1,sub2srt,SSA4.08,Vob sub resync,SubMakerv1-113 etc

that tools only know that file contain 3 language,but cannot split it to english only

i try to open .idx but same result,try to convert to .srt / .ssa but failed
