Interlacing problem?

Im not sure how to fix this one, after encoding Queensryche : Live Evolution using Nandub it looks great and file size is perfect, except whenever there is fast movement on the screen (like the singer moving his hands quickly to emphasize a line in the song) where the movement happened there are those scanlines like its interlaced and nasty looking.

How do I fix this? It looks perfect except for those small bits.

You need to apply a deinterlacer filter in nandub. Smart Deinterlacer will work nicely.

or use de-interlacing via avisynth instead of a filter in nandub!
