mp43 no synchro audio/video... what am I missing here?

I am trying to play this mp43 file, and the audio runs normally, while the video is really really slow. when I opened the file on my AVIpreview program, there seem to be same audio and video frames, I've got every codec known to humanity installed and my other mp43 files work perfectly. What have I missed here?

(latest version was released this month - so dont use extremely old versions)

Yes, I even installed the newest version two hours ago, just to make sure. I still get perfect audio, slow video... and I don't get it since I know that when it has equal audio and video frames it shouldn't be that way. drives me crazy.

since i dont think that installing the original codec will solve this issue, my impression is that your file might be faulty or does it work fine ANYWHERE else?
