how to remove audio file from 2 audio file help

hi , this movie is in chinese ,
the movie comes with cantonese and mandarin which makes 2 audio files in one movie,
so its kinda hard to listen while all 2 of those audio plays at the same time.
so any 1 know how to remove 1 of those audio files ?

two or more audio streams are fine - no need to remove any of them

install morgan stream switcher and any player should enable you to switch the languages or try players with built-in switchers (media player classic for example)
