I am going crazy triing to make sence of this recent "no price is too high" phylosophy that the oil barons have been selling since the beginning of this year. To see things inflate over time is expected, but to goto a gas station in the afternoon, buy cigs, come back that evening and see the price hiked 30 cents from that very day is criminal. The teamsters are protesting the hikes with a late delivery action which will slow roadways across the country(they will be driving 45 MPS). Bush, our befuttled leader through this opressive trend tells us to limit our gas consumpion. I don't know about you but my employer still expects me to be at work everyday and walking the 40miles just doesn't seem prudent.
So what do we do people, this isn't going to disappear, at the current rate I will spend 3000dollars per car. I might have forgotten to mention that my house is oil heated. that's going to be fun filling up a 500gallon tank two times this winter. I think i'll get a second job at a gas station, maybe fill my car up when the boss isn't looking. I'm out of my mind with this stuff and I think we as a group should think of ways to peacfully protest this unethical behaviour that our leaders are showing. All I can say for now is we were paying 1.19 before Iraq.
