hi there
i have about 600 vob (mpeg2) trailers on my HDD and i want to make trailer DVDs (about 40 can fit in 1 dvd-r)
i want to start with all the Dolby/THX trailers but in some cases TMPGEnc DVD Author does not read the vob file properly, it usually tells me "encoder failed to read" or if it reads the file once i want to edit it, i can't scan thru it, it shows no timeline or frames.
most of these trailers are 5.1 Dolby and are great for Demos, but sometimes TMP does not read them
i tried to de-mux these vobs that i have problems with to .ac3 and .m2v files and TMP read them but once i authored the DVD - on the dvd player (windvd, powerdvd) theres no sound or some times it wont play that certain track.
does TMP have problems reading some vobs? or vobs with busted headers? (which i suspect is the problem btw)
is there a program there that will fix these vobs so the TMP author can read them properly
