Newbie needs help....PLEASE

Hi all. I have been reading occassionally here, but this is my first post. I have been using shrink and decrypter for a couple of years, but recently I've been running into many problems that I need some help with. I've tried to get pgedit and it's plugins, but I've failed somehow.

I could use a set of instructions on it's download and use. "Specifically" instructions for a sometimes 'tard'.
