    stripping audio from video

    hi,
i read another thread on some programs that can rip the audio tracks from a dvd. can i then break up the track into individual song tracks? its from a wicked buckethead concert dvd.

i have written this short guide with exactly that scenario in mind

the setting "split according to CHAPTERS" will lead to audio tracks split by title as most music dvds have one chapter per song

        hi uncasms,

i followed the steps, when i got up to besweet i ran into trouble. i first downloaded 22b9 version and it said try version 21, it didn't support the vob files. after i tried vs. 21 i could only load one file at a time, and/also when i click on add job to queue nothing happens. i can't view the bottem of besweet screen.

        thanks, vash

          Hi vash,

Go to the link below to download the "VOBInput.dll v1.3" and place it in the BeSweet folder:

the question is: why do you load VOBS into besweet?

if you follow the instructions you should have AC3 stream demuxed from the vobs and they should be handled by besweet

i followed steps in decrypter but only vob chapters were saved onto hard drive. when i chose file type: ac3 to drop into belight, no files appeared available to work with. i tried the task on decrypter a couple times all day yesterday, but i'm just not getting it. i seem to keep producing only vob chapters, not ac3. i'm doing something wrong.

as far as belight and besweet; belight looks like its really straight forward to use, accept on version 22 it doesn't support vob files, and on version 21 it doesn't appear to support batch tasks and also when i click on the execute task button, nothing happens(?)

besweet on the other hand looks really overwhelming to use, i would need a really good guide to work off of. it seems to require additional plugins and files to perform. i couldn't find an execute task button either.

these two programs are new to me and both look really cool and i can't wait until i learn how to use them. thanks for the pointers and the continued support.
