Curious Why R4Me Failed but DVDFab Decrypter Didn't
@idontno happy 2 hear it worked 4 u. Keep up the good work. I told u ass backwards directions. Mine was 0 and I set it 2 1 not the other way around. I feel stupid. But yeah ur right it works.
I think this is one of those settings that you just need to toggle every now and then when you see this error in your log.
I am still wondering why the author didn't make it easy for us users by putting it in the preferences.

Yeah blu, I agree. Maybe "someone" should make a suggestion.
Well, the only way I know of communicating is begging as in my previous post. The author obviously lurks here to read problems and suggestions, but I wouldn't know who he or she is.

@blu
I was just joshin...
Now on to a more serious note, I guess.
I've probably seen this a hundred times but never paid it no mind. And since this is a curiosity thread, I'm gonna ask.
What the hell does this mean? Is it a warning or what? It's usually been in a title I kill anyway. But I've never ran in to one like this...
That represents buttons that are not in menus but in titles! Each DVD has menus and titles. Buttons, as you know, are normally found in menus. But they don't have to be. They can be in titles, too. Sometimes these are real menus (eg Freedomland had an aspect ratio selection menu in a title, IIRC) and sometimes they are extras (eg games, stills gallery etc).
Menus and titles are not all that different - they just inhabit different logical and physical domains. But they are just multiplexed video, audio and subpicture streams, and nothing says your menu must be in the menu domain - it can work quite nicely in a title!
Where you see so many buttons over video (BOV = buttons in a title), there will generally be either many titles in the VTS each with up to 36 buttons, or more likely a title with more than 1 PGC (which contains the menu/game/extra).
You tried to read the DVD from your burner instead, while you used RipIt4Me?
The Phoenix bird builds its nest which at the same time is its funeral pyre, and then setting it alight cremates itself. But it arises anew from the ashes transformed.
My suggestion was that you should try to have the DVD in your burner instead and then run RipIt4Me. Perhaps your DVD ROM has a problem reading that disc, and perhaps your burner can read the disc better.
