      I guess what I am doing is authoring the DVD files .VOB's, VIDEO_TS.IFO, .BUP then I can use software like Shrink (transcoder) or DVD-RB with the encoder HCenc to compress encode to a ISO to fit a DVD5 disk, then ImGburn for the ISO. I start with a big 7GB .mpeg from TV capture. Shrink or DVD-RB see the files the same as they woud see a DVD rip with DVDDecrypter so I can use these two programs to make the DVD. This is much slower than using Sonic or Nero to transcode and build menus. I found that with Sonic the pic. quality was poor since it is a transcoder and I had audiosync problems even with lots of RAM and a defragged HDD.
