How do you backup movies only?

Im trying to backup movies without the menus and extras.
I used DVD Decrypter to rip the whole dvd onto my hard drive.
Removed the layer breaks from the movie IFO using IFOedit.
Now im left with tons of files.

Some of the movies are stored in: EXAMPLE

    VTS_01_0.IFO
    VTS_01_0.BUP
    VTS_01_0.VOB
    VTS_01_1.VOB
    VTS_01_2.VOB
    VTS_01_3.VOB
    VTS_01_4.VOB
    VTS_01_5.VOB

While some of the movies are stored in: EXAMPLE

    VTS_06_0.IFO
    VTS_06_0.BUP
    VTS_06_0.VOB
    VTS_06_1.VOB
    VTS_06_2.VOB
    VTS_06_3.VOB
    VTS_06_4.VOB
    VTS_06_5.VOB

I usually use DVDShrink 2.3 to backup the whole dvd but the extras seem large to waste space. Then i burn it using Nero Burning Rom. But what i would like to do is just strip it to only the movies n then burn it using Nero. So I can use the lowest compression level in DVDShrink as to not lose video n audio quality.

    I have a Pioneer DVD-105

Use DVDShrink in the "Re-Author" mode and select only the title that represents the movie (More often than not, this is "Title 1", but you should be able to readily determine it based on the largest title filesize...)
