If DVD Shrink is giving you problems, try using Nero Recode on it. It comes as part of the Nero 6 package, and has a "Fit to Disc" function. Be careful though - you need to change the default profile to "even" to get all the extras, otherwise you run the risk of having alternative soundtracks and/or sub-titles missing.
