Memorex are real crap BigMath. Steer clear of them. For the mo, stick with Verbatim DLs and keep that firmware up to date.

I'm finding that out now after spending $30 bucks for 3 discs!!!!!
I wanted to backup full versions of Blade Trinity and The Incredibles on my NEC ND 3520A. After about a hundred burns on regular DVD +R, I have no coasters. Now I have three very expensive DL coasters by Memorex!

I know, I did the same thing but try with Verbatim, me it's working very well. No more Memorex, it's finish for me.

It's a real rip off that Memorex can do that. I'm sure there's a fair trading act in your countries where merchandise has to be fit to be sold. All CMC magnetics crap falls into this category and to date, so does Memorex DL and many of its DVD5 media.

Try taking it back for a refund - I would.

Hi to everyone!
I live in Brazil and I'm having the same troble with my 4161b.
I'd buyed a memorex midia DL+ and a samsung(pleomax) DL+ too and them both not works, it not recognizes in the recorder....
Here is the two brands that is sold, any other is extremily dificult to find.
Anyone knows any other thing or brand to buy???
