It looks as if you still have that same driver installed which is known to cause an "illegal disc error" on some people's systems, even with the best of media. I wish I knew how to tell you to dump that driver completely, and replace it with an alternative, but I do not. Hopefully, someone else with more knowledge in that area might chime in, to see if this is the cause of your issue.
