        Hi Ray,

        4:52:27 AM #25 DVDR -1114 File Writer.cpp, Line 333
        Reset occurred
That error indicates a power on or bus reset. See **062900 here.

Also, memory is low, so turn off whatever apps are running in the background that are hogging memory.

        Physical memory : 255MB (261132kB)
        Free physical memory: 78MB (80064kB)
        Memory in use : 69 %
That version of Nero is very old. Better to make an ISO and burn with DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn.

I'd slow the burn to 4x too.

Read and implement the Golden Rules of Burning.

since his dvdd disks aren't playing with the 16x dvd-r verb's,
he might want to update the firmware as suggested earlier

rather than sort thru this mess(which shouldn't be here) just create
an iso with shrink and burn with imgburn

takes a lot less ram to burn with

I tried that and whenever I would try to play a DVD burned with the decrypter it would never play in none of my DVD players

there's nothing wrong with either program(dvdd or imgburn)
so that leaves operator error or computer problems

I done had this problems out of two of my burners. one is the rebadged lite-on and another is and external HP 420e. If you don't mind me asking what do you think I should do about the computer or the operator errors?

Have you tried burning at 4x with DVDD or imgburn?

it means you should read my sticky on adding a dvd burner to a computer

Now if you're adding a dvd burner, we need to change some stuff,
with this setup I would suggest you pull your old optical drive and replace with
the dvd burner as master on the secondary mother board ide. If you keep the
other drive make sure the burner goes on top and is jumpered master and the
                              old drive is jumpered slave.
