Shipping to Italy from nierle (the site I posted links) is 13 euro. But nierle don't have anymore TY media.

CDF have a shop with plextor media (genuine TY), but they ask 25 euro for shipping

Last week I bought a box of 50 verbatim 8x media. I'll post some scans soon

Maybe I should just load a shipload of TY media and stop by India then going thru the suez stop at croatia on my way to Italy.

I hope that the 8x verbatim are good media. With a 50 discs box I can do many tests

I also have some burns done with the same made in India verbatim with a pioneer 108. I'll post soon. I need to do some other tests.

Right now I don't have 8x burns available.

I have some burnings done with a pioneer 108 on verbatim MCC004 media made in Taiwan burned @12x.

Right now I have only one of these burnings, the other are in my brother computer (the pioneer is installed in his computer). I'll post soon, when I retrieve these pics.

There is a thread on CDF full of burnings done with this puppy. I must read it carefully, because I'm really drooling on this drive, and my wallet menaced me so I must be absolutely sure before to do this buy

I would bet that burn was by geno! same firmware on same scanner!
Something told me you would come thru and at 12x which was the surprise.
Way to go, and says something for MII and MBI!

I have a liteon shw-160p6s that does like the MII media, of course it took a firmware upgrade to like them. I won't say always but the sony accucores with a sony ID are usually MIT, my liteon tends to like those too, but then the only ones i have bought were 16 +r's.
