    Nero DVD burning error

    Hi
    I have this error on my nec DVDRW (NEC DVD RW ND-3550A) , i just wanna say that i can burn CDs on it with no problem but i can't burn any DVDs on it. It gives me this error:

    are you copying on the fly? What exactly were you doing with nero?
    I didn't find any dvd files sorted in the log?

          thats not the problem, i can't burn any Data-DVD that i want.. and i wanna fix this problem

            I would recomend freeing up some resources, memory seems a bit low.

            The burner does not seem to like the media, you may want to check for firmware updates.

            This one I am not sure of, but I suspect other members will have an idea about it.

            You may also want to slow the burn down a bit 8x might be a bit fast. Try at 2x and move up to 4x once you have success.

                i wanna clear something up, i'm trying to burn avi files i downloaded (legally of course) to a DVD as Data DVD, i don't wanna use it to watch on a dvd rather i want to use it as backup.

                      I think they are fakes(bogus)


                      TYG02's are made in japan only by TaiyoYuden

                      matter of fact they aren't even made(branded) by Teac.
