hey hello, i want to know if its possible to burn a region 3 dvd, to play it with a region1 dvd player, any help ???????

Yes, simply remove the region coding. DVD Shrink can do this for you - it is a default.

Some region 3's are PAL. Shrink cannot convert PAL to NTSC or vice versa. You need to get a DVD player that converts PAL to NTSC for you or try converting which I don't recommend as it is a pain.
