i do hate scan. but i can handle one for the intrest of science. i don't even know if the 105 can do it, but i have the lite-on. not sure it can do it either. i'm at headquarters now anyway and won't be able to do it at the moment, but if i can i will when i have a chance.

scan is not helping you for right now, but all media will lower their quality shorter or longer to one point if you dont redo your dvd it will not be able to play at all, I scan my old dvd once a while just to check, some verbatim + already below 90 after 6 months the - still good at 90+ , that is why I think verbatim is not the best TY it is.
Chewy, I was not teasing I know nothing about Pioneer, just heart that is a best DL burner so I give it a try

rock solid readers(slower than your peugot), excellent burners, but quality scans, if supported, are misleading. They don't report errors in a useful way.
Just like using an LG drive to do disk transfer tests, a near perfect burn on
TY media looks the same as a crappy burn on grade C media.
When drives like that show a problem it's often too late. Bush time!Comment
