From bad to worse some media to avoid.

It seems that comp USA has changed their brand of media. For the past 2 years they have used princo as their comp usa brand.

I know thier media not the best in the worl but for cheap media it served some purpose to have some discs around that were cheap. But the new discs they carry now are real bad.

I guess there was a reason they had them on sale for $18.99 per spool of 100

Now they are back to regular stor price at $69.99 per spool of 100 I think people should know what they are now selling. Total crap these discs dont play well either.

You still haven't updated that CDDVD Speed I see (LOL) but thanks for the heads up. BTW they probably aren't the only ones letting quality control slip. Who cares about the consumer anymore right.

I know that with the firmware but many people here in this forum have said that the firmware i have is the most stable so far for this burner that is why I havent updated it. Thanks for the concern though. I see your on top of things.

Not worth it I just took them back to the store. I have a gift card now for $49.80 It seems they cost more now then they did when I bought them.

Instore credit works for me I just got another 200 TY discs from supermedia store so I am not in need of the blanks that bad to try to make crapy discs work.
