    Ripit4me/DVDDecryptor/DVDShrink/Nero Burn Error

I ripped the movie fine, but when DVDshrink runs and then tries to burn the movie i keep getting this error and this is the log file at the time of burn (is it im just in need of a newer version of nero or is the media bad? i'm using a 1-16x dvdr media. I've read the other stickies and searched for my the error

    Sense Key: 0x05 (KEY_ILLEGAL_REQUEST)

but have yet to come across anything than the 3 ideas:
    1) bad media
    2) firmware update but i think i'm up to date
    3) newest version of nero

do you guys see anything else i should try? This is the log:

Your firmware is way out of date
      BSOY

extract and boot into safe mode and update the empty drive

assuming your nero might be corrupt, try uninstalling it, run the clean tool and
reinstall, the varsion I linked to is the best one

4X should be a safe burn speed
