    Warner Bros DVDs not burning?

First and foremost: Apologies if this has already been posted/in the wrong forum/I'm just being an idiot

Recently, I've run into troubles burning some WB DVSs. Eternal Sunshine and the Spotless Mind, Last Samurai, and A Scanner Darkly. I've sucessfully ripped the files, but once I try to burn them I get the following error when I try to use DVD Shrink:

    Urgh!

CMC's are crap - change to Verbatim or Taiyo Yudens
Don't try to change the booktype on -R disks.
    Burn slower 4x

This has nothing to do with Warner Brothers.

    Read and implement

after implementing blu's suggestions also consider

      dee's 2U5 is my favorite 3520 firmware

make sure you have flashed from safe mode

especially on a computer with so much stuff running

      Physical memory : 511MB (523760kB)
      Free physical memory: 71MB (72788kB)

upgrade nero, when I had that old version it tried to bitsett everything

I've never had any problems before - none what so ever. And I mean I've burned hundreds of DVDs. But, this past week has been hell.

The only thing that has changed recently has been a Windows update.

I'll try the suggestions, of course, and hopefully they'll help.

you might want to run the nero clean tool and do a clean install, nero gets corrupt, and burners wear out

          another test is use imgburn
