For starters, read & use The Golden Rules. Get rid of InCD: http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/eng/Clean_Tools.html You also might want to take a look at ImgBurn for your burning needs, it's free.

thank you all is good now.

Went by the Golden Rules list and got the first 4 step correct and i had a successful burn with nero.
Got rid of InCd program which tends to conflict with nero.
And found out that my DVD Player (samsung) is sharing the same channel with my DVD Burner (pioneer) and were both masters.
The dvd player (samsung) works somtimes and other times it doesnt,so i disconnected the whole player and left the DVD Burner (pioneer) to be the sole dvd player/burner.
So i cant burn off the fly but im happy at the moment just to get a successful burn, using just the DVD Burner/player,it takes a little longer however.
Just have to make sure i dont clog my Hard Drive with burnt data and delete them.
Cant help but thinking that part of the prob was also maybe the Samsung DVD Player conflicted with the Pioneer DVD Player/Burner???????

DiskPeripheral : Maxtor 6Y080L0 atapi Port 0 ID 0 DMA: On
            CdRomPeripheral : PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-107D atapi Port 0 ID 1 DMA: On

            not good at all

sharing a cable between the only hard drive and only dvd burner is asking for trouble

I can burn 2 dvds at 16x at the same time with my system, 2 hard drives, 2 dvd burners, 4 cables. Fact of life.
