I've tried searching and even though some posts are about the Goblet of fire I haven't found one that will answer my question. I hope you will forgive me if I missed some other post.
I've tried to back up the goblet of fire with RipIt4Me: no problem. I checked the ripped files on PC: no problem. I burned with Nero: no problem. I played the burned dvd on my PC: no problem. On my standalone players (3 in total): no way! It will play ok for about 20/30 minutes then I get jerky video and/or jerky audio, it skips and jumps and after a while freezes.
From the other posts I read it could be bad media, but I'm using Tayo Yuden (tried twice), I even tried RW media (that was even worse - less compatible with standalone I imagine).
I also read that probably DVDShrink alone could have done it, or maybe with some help from DVDD, could the use of RI4M have given me these problems?
